This is an exciting new role for an experienced PA-Administrator working for a Managing Director.
The ideal candidate for this role of PA-Administrator MUST be able to support the Managing Director in all areas of the business.
- · A great people person with a positive, outgoing, can do attitude with a need to strive for improvement and success?
- · Proficient in Bookkeeping, PAYE, VAT returns with the ability to work with the business accountant?
- · A knowledge of digital marketing and IT Literate
- · Do you have the ability to organise, maintain, streamline and improve existing systems as well as introducing new and improved processes?
- · Are you able to get the best out of people?
- · Can you talk to people on the telephone, dealing with customers and a close staff team?
- · Would you be able to manage and negotiate with suppliers and ensure that the company is getting the best deal and quality of service?
- · Are you an experienced administrator?
- · Reliable, confident and consistent?
