Customer Services Executive
Hultafors Group UK Ltd is part of an international organisation which manufactures and sells numerous brand leading products including Snickers Workwear and Hultafors Tools.
You would be working within a busy customer services and sales office, based in Meltham, Holmfirth. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week worked Monday to Friday. The main focus of the job is to build and maintain excellent customer service by answering calls and emails.
Prioritise and process customer’s orders and requests submitted by phone, email, fax or social media
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Answer questions about products or promotions
Ask questions to understand a customer’s requirements
Direct calls to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the CRM data base.
Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or out of stock items
Good clear and confident telephone manner.
Excellent communication skills. With the ability to negotiate and resolve issues and handle complaints.
Friendly and patient with good listening skills
Able to work as part of a team
Attentive to detail with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work load
Diplomatic and empathetic you will recognise the needs of a customer and the business. A “can do” attitude must prevail.
Good computer and administration skills, coupled with literacy and numeracy skills.
Office experience would be preferred although training would be given.
