We provide creative, person centred accommodation to vulnerable rough sleeping and homeless women in Bath and North East Somerset. This role requires a resilient person who has the skills to ensure that every service user has a support plan based on their strengths, and is moving towards independence and reintegration. Working in partnership with other organisations, you will work to move women out of homelessness and into safe, suitable accommodation or support them to maintain accommodation and move away from a street based lifestyle.

If you want to work office hours, this is not the job for you. There is an expectation of working flexible hours and 5 job; you will take part in a rota of working with your colleagues which is suited to support your clients who may be sleeping rough.

If you feel that you have the skills, empathy, compassion and dedication to provide support to vulnerable women we would love to hear from you.

Please note: This post is restricted to women applicants under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, and Part 1. Section 7(2)e of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 apply.
