Our client who is a huge success story in Banbury is rapidly growing, now looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing initiatives that drive awareness of their products globally. You'll also empower and lead three direct reports whilst collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager on meeting multi-channel marketing objectives.

Who will I be working for?

An established, family owned and highly successful company in Banbury. You'll be key to the day to day delivery of the marketing strategy, focusing on offline B2C brand marketing and B2B marketing activity.

Key Accountabilities:

  • With direction and support from the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for managing B2C and B2B marketing initiatives from conception to delivery, delivering against the overall marketing strategy
  • Delivery of season launches, marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring a consistent message across all brand touchpoints, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Creating and driving the seasonal brand marketing calendar, with support from the Brand Marketing Coordinator, ensuring that dates are aligned with launches, tradeshows and other business events
  • Ensuring that all marketing activity is in line with the approved budgets set out by the Managing Director and Head of Marketing, and monitoring B2C offline and B2B marketing spend
  • Responsible for delivering B2B marketing initiatives, including; seasonal B2B marketing campaigns, delivering inspiring content for B2B websites and emails, promoting shows and driving tradeshow attendance, and maximising promotions
  • Managing the B2C and B2B content plans, guiding the marketing team in delivering all creative marketing assets, from initial ideas and concept creation, to delivery across all brand marketing touchpoints
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Ecommerce Manager and Wholesale Manager to ensure marketing content is relevant for all digital channels and wholesale communications
  • Collaborating with the Design Team Manager on marketing requirements, overseeing marketing design briefs, providing feedback on changes, and approving assets for use, sharing with the Head of Marketing for sign off as required
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the PR agency, ensuring that the brand is represented in the best way possible, and that agency KPIs are met
  • Ensuring the brand story for the business evolves and continually improve how this is portrayed across brand websites and through external brand exposure opportunities
  • Continually look for new marketing opportunities, ensuring that all marketing activity delivers commercial results and supports the global brand vision
