Here at Watkin Jones, we are now looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR Team on a 3-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to our HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR Department, ensuing all emails are responded to, escalating where necessary within a timely manner. Maintaining and managing our company car scheme, including ongoing and annual DVLA checks, liaising with internal staff regarding MOT and insurance details. You will ensure new starters are registered on the system and that timesheets are downloaded on a weekly basis and distributed accordingly.
With a high attention to detail, you will have relevant experience of working within an office or administration environment, with the ability to work to deadlines. A Team player, you will be proficient in the use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and ideally, although not essential have experience within a HR function.
