An exciting opportunity has arisen within our client’s ICT Team, as a Business Project Analyst. They are looking to fulfil the needs in both their operational business systems and Microsoft Dynamics programme.

The Role

Our client wants to deliver high quality ICT services to members of the organisation by applying proven techniques and procedures to facilitate the delivery of technology solutions and digital ways of working.


As Business Project Analyst, you will:

  • Lead on small projects and support larger transformation projects by understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders cross functionally and across different business units gaining in-depth understanding of customer's needs and working with technical colleagues to deliver solutions.
  • Understand, and demonstrate a knowledge of how business systems operate, and a technical aptitude to exploit them or develop them to needs.
  • Support the development, training and understanding of their technology and business processes.
  • Develop the relationship and interface between their business users and the systems they use.

About You

As Business Project Analyst, you will:

  • Be an analytical thinker with the ability to collate and analyse data, observe, listen and pinpoint needs and opportunities in the context of their technologies.
  • Have the ability to observe and listen to glean needs whilst also being able to objectively set user stories against wider contextual aims.
  • Be able to facilitate technology and business projects in using sound frameworks and techniques
  • Have a strong grasp of how technology can deliver to the needs of individual(s) and the organisation.
  • Be a team player that can facilitate change and deliver value to their customers.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work independently on tasks and small projects.
