We are looking a Director of Fundraising to join our Leadership Team (LT) to lead and inspire our fundraising team to deliver aspirational targets to help keep our air ambulance in the air. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in a local, life-saving charity during a time of great organisational change and development.
You will be a senior fundraising leader with a strong track record in delivering stretching targets. You will inspire your team to continually grow and develop our income streams including Community, Corporate, Events, Individual Giving, Trusts, Major Donors, Lottery, Legacy and Retail.
An effective and strong communicator, you will work with a wide range of key stakeholders, as well as colleagues, senior managers, volunteers, supporters and crew in order to build our profile further and increase our income.
