Learning and Development Designer Due to the continued growth and expansion of our brand, an exciting, new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development Designer to join our HR team in our Bexhill office. We offer a great work life balance with up to 2 days a week working from home. You are trusted to manage your workload effectively and efficiently, prioritizing the needs of the business. The Role This role will be instrumental in the design of e-learning solutions and instructor led training for all aspects of our business requirements. You will develop and support our Learning Management system and provide administrative support for this function as well as design and execute learning solutions to support our business objectives. Your remit will include the following:
?? Design & develop digital learning solutions to support curriculum framework
?? Design and develop ILT and facilitated training interventions
?? Work closely with subject matter expert
?? Assist with the design of the learning curriculum
?? Where necessary interface with partners and business leaders to successfully deliver training interventions and learning solution
?? Act as a representative of learning design to internal and external customer
?? Develop content that drives the objective of delivering a curriculum
?? Blended learning objective
?? Support development of our essential annual training
?? Support and develop management information and reporting to our stakeholders Required skills & experience ?? Must have experience of working in a motor claims environment, preferably to include technical claims processes ?? Must have knowledge and experience of design in ADDIE training methodology ?? Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud - Captivate - Photoshop or Articulate desirable ?? Knowledge of learning management systems, Moodle content management and learning portals ?? Strong Microsoft Office skills ?? Must have experience of e learning authoring tools and or web page development Advantageous Experience ?? Knowledge of the Insurance market desirable ?? Some knowledge of programming in both client and server scripting languages - Javascript, HTML5 and PHP desirable.
