Wallis Lynch are working in partnership with a client based in Coventry looking to recruit an experienced service charge accountant to their team on a temporary basis to assist with heavy workload due to the impending migration to a new accounting system. You might currently be working as a Service Charge Accountant, a Property Accountant or a Client Accountant but you will need to have experience in the specialism of accounting within the property industry.
Full time or part time options will be considered for the right individual and personality fit. This position is for a professional, well respected company with a real energy to those that work there, a positive working environment to be part of where everyone gets on well and has fun at work.
Duties will include client reporting, VAT reporting, charge raising, recharges, updating system, reconciling service charge accounts, client pay-overs, cash receipts, some invoice processing, some arrears chasing. You will be assisting with migration to a new accounting system. You will need to have had experience of working on a property management system such as TRAMPS, Propware, Yardi, Qube or Horizon or similar.
Free parking and a great team to work with. Timescales are flexible for the right person but initial indications are at least 3-6 months.
