Legionella Risk Assessor - Banbury
Salary: GBP21,000 - GBP28,000 + Benefits (depending on experience)
My client is a very reputable company who offer water treatment services to work places. They have been established for over 30 years and are in Thames Valley. The establishment carry out with a wide range of requests varying from Legionella Risk Assessments, Boiler cleaning and de-scaling, Systems installation, Chemical water treatment and much more. The ever-growing organisation are currently looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team in Banbury.
Your daily responsibilities as a Legionella Risk Assessor will include:
Chlorination of water storage tanks, cleaning and servicing
Cleaning and chlorination of cooling towers
Monitor and maintain water systems and ensure everything is in line with the Health and Safety Legislations
Regular maintenance of water features and Legionella Risk Assessments
Dealing with cooling tanks, boiling water treatment and closed systems
Assessing situations and sampling water for bacteria and monitoring temperature
Skills and Qualities required as a Legionella Risk Assessor:
Exceptional communication skills as you will be conversing with a range of clients
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Over 2 years' experience in the water treatment industry would be ideal
Full UK Driving License as you will be required to travel
Willing to travel and possibly a couple of overnight stays a month
Ability to work on your own initiative, manage own workload and complete tasks
