The Role:

We have a full time, temporary opening for a Resourcer to join our hardworking and passionate team of Headhunters on a 12 Months Maternity Cover basis. For the right person, we expect to see this role transition into a Full Time, Permanent IT & Telecoms Headhunter position when the Maternity Cover is over.

Role & Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:

  • Create job adverts and ensure job boards are updated in a timely manner
  • Provide key support to Recruitment Consultants with industry & market research
  • Produce Interview confirmations and liaise with Clients when required
  • Resource and profile Candidates in line with Consultant requirements
  • Carry out Diary Management

Admin:

  • Full ownership of Administrative tasks within a busy recruitment office
  • Carry out key data entry and manage the company's internal CRM system
  • Ensure that Admin processes are regularly reviewed to maintain efficiency
  • Produce Terms & Conditions when required
  • Format CVs and documents in line with both company and client standards

Finance:

  • Sole responsibility for creating and submitting invoices to 3rd party vendors and Clients
  • Keep track of and follow up on outstanding invoices / payments
  • Manage contractor timesheets & payments
  • Accurately update and manage the company's financial dashboard

Social Media / Marketing:

  • Manage the company's social media accounts and drive brand awareness campaigns
  • Regularly produce creative content for the company's website and social media accounts
  • Own the production and distribution of the company's monthly Newsletter

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience of working in an admin / support capacity is required
  • In depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are a must
  • Proactively review office / admin procedures for maximum efficiency
  • Ability to produce creative content (website, social media)
  • Proven track record of working effectively unsupervised
  • Ability to create invoices and manage payment schedules
  • Ability to assess tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Desire to continuously learn and contribute to the success of the business
  • Accurate data entry and numerical skills
  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to implement process improvements when necessary
  • Creative by nature with the ability to think outside the box
