My Local Authority client are looking for a Building Surveyor to join them for an initial period of 6 months with a high likelihood for extension.
About you:
HNC minimum in Building Surveying or equivalent
Specialism in repairs (residential OR commercial)
Minimum 3 years experienceAbout the role:
Repair Surveys on commercial properties
Day to day maintenance surveys
Travel around an associated patchLocation: Oxfordshire
Rate: GBPup to 30
Contract length: 6 months minimum
