To Me To You Support Ltd is a local family business and was created as a legacy for a young boy called Oliver Morton. He was born with low-functioning Autism, Epilepsy and other associated complex needs.
The Morton family had 20 amazing years with Oliver until his sudden passing in 2011. During that time they gained the ultimate understanding of what it takes to genuinely make a difference to a person who requires extra support in life.
Established in 2017 ToMeToYouSupport Ltd has grown steadily and now supplies over 40 support Workers and Care Workers to Clients throughout the West and East Lancashire region per week.

Due to demands within the business, we are now looking to recruit the services of a Recruitment Resourcing and Compliance Officer.
Duties will include:
  • Managing the recruitment advertising process
  • Handling all applications and pre-screening for suitability
  • Carrying out initial telephone screening to ensure that each candidate can be registered
  • Via telephone and email clearly explaining the recruitment process, associated DBS costs and arranging interviews accordingly
  • Meeting and greeting candidates on arrival
  • Ensuring that the initial application forms are completed correctly
  • Applying for and following up reference checks
  • Applying for DBS checks
  • Ensuring that each worker / candidate is fully compliant prior to going out to work
  • Dealing with incoming calls and directing accordingly
This position would suit someone who has either worked in a recruitment agency/business previously or someone who is keen to enter the world of recruitment.
The right person MUST have the following attributes:
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Outgoing personality
  • Great communication skills
  • A good "eye" for detail
  • Be proactive in their approach to work
  • Have the ability to work independently
  • Be looking to progress within a career
It would also be beneficial if the right person had or held:
  • Previous experience either working or personal within a care or support environment
  • Held some sales experience or be willing to train and develop
  • Full UK driving licence
