GBP20,082 - GBP23,585 per annum per annum (pro rata)
Full Time (35 hours per week)
Our client is one of the largest locally based housing organisations in the East Midlands and their Housing Schemes are part of their on-going drive to establish Housing and Care in their community.

As their esteemed and established Scheme Cleaner & Caretaker you will be responsible for:
As the role will involve domestic maintenance and repairs e.g. emptying bins, changing light bulbs, health & safety checks etc., you must have previous experience of this. You must have a good understanding of health and safety requirements, robust communication and problem solving skills and exceptional customer focus.
A full driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be given a van for work. As there will be an element of moving and handling within this role, you must be willing and able to undertake moving and handling.
You will work 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday. You can work either 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm, they are happy for you to work the pattern that suits you best.
This role is on a fixed term basis with a proposed end date of January 2021

- Tenant liaison such as signposting and utilities advice
- Cleanliness of communal areas
