Part time and full time hours available

We have an amazing opportunity for you to join one of our 6 ambitious and hard-working regional teams as a Neighbourhood Housing Manager. This role isnt just about providing customers with a home, its about building relationships with them and delivering place-based leadership that supports our communities to achieve their aspirations for their families, friends and neighbours.

In 2020 well have consolidated three Housing Associations into one with ambitions to create many more affordable, sustainable homes, to invest more in our 18,000 existing homes and to regenerate places, showing place-based leadership in local communities.

We also have a clear customer vision: Great Relationships; Connected Customers and Communities & Simplicity. Pobl will be Wales largest housing association but our focus is on being the best, innovating and delivering great services in person and online, alongside the value for money and choice our customers demand.

How will I make a difference?

Working in one of our Area Neighbourhoods, you will be responsible for the management of a patch of 300 homes, we know that might be smaller than youre used too but this role is not about bricks and mortar. We want you to get to know our customers, so that if we do need to have some difficult conversations its easier to have them with someone they know and trust. We are a housing provider who targets zero evictions and you have a key role to play in delivering this commitment. You will be connected to our customers, youll know at an early stage if things are going wrong and you can call upon support of our community development and housing support services to assist our customers to continue to live in their homes.
