Internal Sales Coordinator
Our client is a growing business based in the Filey area. They are currently looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their UK Sales team.
Supporting the Sales Manager, you could be following up on leads that have been generated by the marketing team for training courses that customers may be interested in or the sale of their rental items.
Making outbound calls as well as dealing with any incoming enquiries, you could be speaking to customers who want more information on a rental product; possibly technical data or availability. You could be converting these calls into orders, processing them and organising delivery and then collection at the end of the order.
You may be speaking to customers around the training courses on offer, booking delegates on as well as compiling the training packs ready for the trainer to use.
That's why we are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills both over the phone and via email as you will be required to manage your own workload and help drive the business forward by converting as many enquiries into orders.
Our client is looking for someone who has drive and the passion to succeed with a commercial understanding and the ability to pick up technical product information. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.30, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, subsidised Gym along with free drinks and fruit on site.
