Sushi Chef de Partie - London
The Job Role:
SUSHISAMBA?? is an extremely busy, fast paced fine-dining operation, offering the most superior blend of Japanese, Brazilian & Peruvian cuisine.
The Sushi Chef de Partie is an integral role for the business, ensuring our sushi complement within the sushi bar and main dining room is nothing but exquisite.
This role requires a high attention to detail, being incredibly hands on whilst you work closely with the senior chef's within the sushi kitchen preparing the fresh fish and discussing concepts for the sushi complement. You will be responsible for overseeing the workload of the Commis chefs, checking the sushi plates that goes out to each guest, ensuring the SUSHISAMBA?? standard is always adhered too.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience at Sushi CDP level is required
An attention to detail is crucial
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Organisational skills are essential
Can work well under pressure, and at a fast pace
Communication is vital - you must have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
Maintain effective systems, processes and standards
Additional ad hoc duties/project work might be required
