Our Client, a leading Independent based lettings and estate agency based in the centre of Cheltenham requires an Administrator/Property Manager to join their busy lettings team. This is a varied role with lots of autonomy and will suit someone who is career driven and highly motivated. The company prides itself on providing a high quality service to tenants and landlords and creates a great working environment. Whilst previous property/lettings experience is preferred this is not essential.

The key tasks involve:

* Handling telephone and face to face calls and enquiries, booking appointments and valuations and following up on general business opportunities for both the lettings and sales businesses.
* Setting up of property files and processing paperwork.
* Assist in co-ordinating the move-in processes once a tenant has secured a property and the check-out processes at the end of a tenancy.
* Arranging property inspections, handling property maintenance issues and co-ordinating repair works.
* Visiting properties
* Carrying out other ad hoc tasks.

Experience required:

you must have proven experience of strong administrative abilities
very good telephone skills and enjoy working with figures and people.
Property management experience would be preferable but is not essential.
The ability to handle a busy workload and work to deadlines is essential.
Microsoft Word and the ability to pick up new systems.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm. You will also be required to work every other Saturday from 9am to 2.30pm and when this happens you will work on Thursday from 8.45am to 2.30pm.

Salary: Up to GBP25,000 depending upon experience. You will also receive a commission monthly.

You will also be encouraged to study towards professional ARLA exams
