Neighbourhood Manager Grade 11 (GBP36,493 - GBP39,062)
Permanent
To lead and manage a multi-skilled team providing high levels of neighbourhood management in the given locality, monitoring performance against a number of KPI's for the service and reporting on this frequently to the leadership team.
To develop networks with both internal and external partners to ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
To understand and respond to the needs of the neighbourhood and our customer base.

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
