Our client is renowned for providing inspirational education and care to children and young people, resulting in life-changing experiences and countless stories of success. Through their inspirational homes, schools and ethos, they’ve achieved the highest possible outcomes. In short, they’re enhancing life opportunities.

As a Registered Manager for one of their children’s homes, you’ll create a setting where each child can thrive and reach their full potential. You’ll make sure they feel happy, safe and motivated and will also keep your home’s standards high. Managing day-to-day operations, you’ll take ownership of Ofsted statutory requirements, as well as playing an active part with the commercial team. Your input will help the children’s home run within budget, in turn enabling future investment.

Our client prides themselves on providing an excellent level of care, because of this they require you to have experience in managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home. Your expertise should come with a professional qualification: the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent. Enthusiastic, resilient and good with people, you’ll have the judgement to make key decisions and will be able to inspire, develop and grow exceptional teams and the leaders of tomorrow. A full UK driving license is a must for this role.
