HOURS: Monday – Friday, full time
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an HR Coordinator.
You will be exposed to the full array of what a busy HR department does, so it will provide you with a varied, HR generalist environment. There’s an established HR team there, so there’ll be plenty of scope for development and progression.
An established service provider in Loughborough.
- To support the HR Team with a high quality delivery of a range of HR services including payroll processing, employee relations, employee wellbeing and recruitment.
- Processing of monthly payroll administration.
- Provide advice and guidance to all staff in relation to day to day HR queries.
- Provide recruitment administration.
- Contribute to HR projects as directed.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality
- Independent and resourceful, can work with limited supervision when required
- Effective team worker
- HR qualification or willing to work towards
- HR administration experience
- Strong IT skills, use and maintenance of Word documents, Mail merge, Excel spreadsheets and databases
- Payroll process knowledge and experience
