Post 2 – Fixed Term contract till 31 December 2020
Salary: £18,500 – £19,500 pa depending on experience, rising to £21,200 after successful completion of probation period
Hours: 37 per week
Job Share will be considered.
As a member of the Customer Care Team you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring queries (whether by phone, in person, or in writing) are dealt with in a positive, professional and helpful manner. You will be responsible for resolving issues or effectively signposting customers to specialist teams and partner agencies.
To be successful you must be able to respond to changing priorities and meet challenging deadlines. You will be self-motivated with the ability to prioritise you own workload and progress new initiatives.
