Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading hi-tech firm who are looking to recruit an Apprentice Recruitment Coordinator. You will be taken through a 1 - year Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer qualification alongside giving you the experience working in recruitment.

Key duties will include;

• Develop great working relationships within the team including the Talen Acquisition Manager
• Schedule interviews and tests through their internal system
• Reimbusring candidates for travel expenses
• Ensuring the correct ID is received
• Communicating with recruiters and hiring managers to organise and give interview feedback
• Ensure all candidates are given the appropriate feedback
• Creating new vacancies when required

Previos experience in Recruitment isnt necessary as you will receive full training. The perfect candidate will have the following attributes;
