This is an exciting role working for a Senior member of the Leadership team and the CEO. This role offers real variety and opportunities to work on some exciting projects. The Leadership team are 100% open to flexibility for the right candidate.
The role will be 70% Research for the Head of Search and 30% EA duties for the CEO.
The role will include the following:
* Support the Head of Search with research projects;
* Conduct desktop research;
* Managing and organising executive calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings and events;
* Arranging internal and external meeting and conferences throughout the UK on behalf of the company;
* Proactively managing Outlook on behalf of the Head of Search and CEO including screening and managing all correspondence and telephone calls;
* Preparing expense reports;
* Act as a focal point of contact, ensuring efficient liaison between team and external Clients;
* Creating and updating various lists, spreadsheets & schedules using Excel;
* Writing and proof reading of Proposals and business documents;
* Project Management.
