This is the jobResponsible for liaising with subject matter experts, with the accountability for developing digital learning solutions. Use various authoring tools that deliver engaging learning content that drives the development of our people.
What will I be doing?- Support the Technologies & Content Business Partner in the design and delivery of the eLearning Strategy.
- You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines and have a solid understanding of the use of technology within learning and development.
- You will work alongside Instructional Designers in the delivery of projects, ensuring that deliverables are designed to meet the business and learner requirements.
- You should have demonstrable skills within the development of learning material and should embrace the potential of social, collaborative and peer-to-peer learning to further widen engagement and effectiveness.
- You will be responsible for creating the digital learning assets in coordination with the assigned Instructional Designer or Subject Matter Experts. You will be creating content using a variety of multimedia and authoring software, therefore you must be an excellent communicator with a creative mindset and passion for creating outstanding learning experiences with great results.
- Ensure Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) is embedded in the culture of the AA to deliver the six customer outcomes of right culture, right information, right delivery, right targeting, right advice, and right post sales treatment.
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
- An understanding of eLearning methodologies (ISD,ADDIE); current research, theory and practice of instructional design, including ethical and legal issues and web based eLearning standards and specifications (SCORM.xApi).
- Experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience of working with Storyline 360 or Captivate (desirable).
- Experience of working with VR/AR software (desirable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, under tight deadlines and make effective recommendations.
- Experience of working within an FCA regulated organisation (desirable).
Education and Qualifications:
- Appropriate industry qualification e.g. Graphic Design (desirable).
- CIPD qualification in L&D (desirable).
- Relevant TAP qualifications in design (desirable).
