We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our professional and friendly team.

Your Role

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll ensure that all guests at The Rashleigh Arms have a first-class, memorable experience.

Supporting the General Manager, you will:

- Provide your team with support and development
- Act as an inspiring role model
- Handle both commercial and operational management tasks
- Step in for the General Manager in their absence

About You

To join us as an Assistant Manager, you’ll need:

- Previous hospitality experience as a team leader or supervisor
- A natural flair for communication, delighting guests and motivating teams
- To be truly passionate about creating positive and memorable experiences that wow your guests
- Gain exposure to operational management
- Use your excellent organisation skills
