Location: Cricklade, Wiltshire

Salary: GBP17,200 plus OTE GBP24,000 (uncapped)

Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday & every other Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm (half day off in lieu for working Saturday)

Contract: Permanent

The role:

Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to work from their Cricklade office, the successful applicant will be self-motivated, hard working with a desire to achieve and a real passion for property. The Sales Negotiator will be well presented and must have strong communication skills both face to face and over the telephone as the role is very varied. It is crucial that applicants have good organisational skills and are able to take initiative.

Job Duties:

• Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
• Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
• Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations of properties
• Conduct viewings of properties
• Perform the duties of a Progressor
• Administer necessary paperwork
• Recording and reporting of any issues
• Update window displays and website
• Compose marketing literature
• Undertake direct marketing
• Update social media sites
• Provide office cover when required
• Other duties as required

Essential:

• Driving licence and a car
• Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Presentable and business like at all times
