Marks Consulting Partners are looking for a Building Surveyor for a 12-month fixed term period who can ensure residents receive a high quality, customer focused responsive repairs and planned works service.
You must be able to provide technical advice and support to staff and contractors, investigating and diagnose defects, providing recommendations and working closely with contractors to ensure work is carried out in an effective and safe manner.
Responsibilities include;
* To apply professional and technical knowledge to ensure a high quality, value for money service to all customers and stakeholders.
* To contribute fully and effectively to the resolution of residents' concerns, complaints and enquiries to ensure effective communication, resolution and customer satisfaction
* Maintain strong communication channels with all internal and external customers
* Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S) as measured through the KPI menu.
* Manage service providers to deliver a high quality, responsive service within agreed service standards. Deliver services to time and budget.
* Continuously review services to ensure they provide value for money
* Monitor and mitigate financial, Health & Safety, audit recommendations and other risks
