A dynamic and flexible role, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

*Booking & managing international business travel, visas, and accommodation through established 3rd party travel agent relationship

*Adhering to country/project-specific certification requirements including visas, vaccinations, legislative requirements, client-specific policies & procedures to facilitate the mobilisation of personnel to the work location

*Liaison with local agents and personnel in different company offices regarding local arrangements, work permits etc.

*Client interfacing to ensure meet and greet, in-country logistics, security and accommodation requirements are in place

*Participation in daily and project planning meetings using bespoke project management software

*Liaison with Clients and 3rd party security firms to conduct risk assessments as required

*Maintenance of personnel and equipment certification to ensure currency and updating records within company management systems

*Incorporation into Duty Phone rota for ad-hoc travel changes over weekends when required

*Participates as part of the office-based emergency response team in the event of an emergency situation

*Engineering Manager

Required skills:
*Ability to prioritise and manage a busy project portfolio
*Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to challenges
*Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred skills:
*Business-related University degree
*International personnel logistics experience
