Hours:                                   28-35 hours per week –flexible depending on the candidate

Contract:                               Fixed-term basis between January and September 2020

Location                                Durham (Head Office)

Salary:                                  £25,000-£26,000 (pro rata depending on skills and experience)

NYCGB- the UK’s most exciting, innovative and accessible organisation for young choral singers -is looking for a pro-active and highly organised individual, to be our Learning & Engagement Manager (maternity cover). The position is offered on a fixed-term basis between January and September 2020. The post-holder will manage and develop NYCGB’s growing programme of learning & engagement work and associated strategic partnerships across the UK. Candidates must have a genuine passion for musical excellence and inclusivity in learning and engagement practice and demonstrate a clear commitment to developing the range and scope of young people who engage with NYCGB regardless of background. Proven evaluation & reporting skills are essential for this role and will enable the successful candidate to communicate the programme’s achievements and advocate for singing provision on a national level.
