GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 depending on experience

Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Do you want to work for a well-established international organisation that is going through a period of rapid growth?

This is a fantastic job opportunity to join a fast growing manufacturing company as an Export Sales Administrator on a temp-to-perm basis. As well as being financially secure my client can offer a clean and modern working environment. The role will be providing sales support to the International Account Managers.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

* To be responsible for all order processing, exporting of goods, invoicing and chasing debtors

* To specialise in designated countries and provide support to other team members.

* To assist International account managers to achieve the annual sales targets as set.

* Liaise with supply chain with regard to stock out items or special requirements and lead times

* To advise customers of any delays/issues and keep them well informed

* Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange collection and onward shipment and provide shipping documentation to meet HMRC legal requirements

* Maintain distributor records in Opera and CRM database

* Assist account managers to complete the Corrective Action Report for faulty/returned goods and ensure full investigations are carried out

* Liaise with Marketing and despatch to co-ordinate exhibitions and sample products following new launches

* Assist with organising visits from distributors, making them feel welcome and providing the very best hospitality

* Actively negotiate best freight rates through project work with our freight forwarders

* To advise accounts department and account managers of any discrepancies or credit limits,

* To maintain any paperwork, filing on a daily basis and adhere to office procedures

* Provide account managers sales information and create reports as requested

* Take ownership to develop and improve product knowledge through planned training and courses

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. You must have excellent customer service and organisational skills. You must have working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. You will have the ability to work in under pressure in what can be a fast paced environment. Knowledge of a foreign language is advantageous.
