Hello, we’re the Pension Protection Fund. We protect the futures of millions of people in the UK who belong to defined benefit pension schemes. Our members rely on us to look after their pensions if their employers go bust and the pension schemes cannot afford to pay what they promised.

We’re looking for a Desktop Analyst to join our team based in Cannon Street.

As a critical and customer-facing member of a transforming Technology and Change directorate, the engineer will raise and manage and resolve incidents for the PPF business, deal with requests, and communicate effectively with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.

We require a tenacious individual experienced within a second line / desktop support role in a business critical environment (contact centre, triage service desk, etc.)

As an excellent communicator you will have a customer-service focussed attitude with a desire to put customers first, understanding and delivering a service that meets their needs. You will have a strong working knowledge of ITIL processes and a sound understanding of IT hardware / software solutions. Any IT-related qualifications (computer certifications, higher-education or degree) would be desirable.

In return for your skills, experience and commitment we’ll give you a challenging role in a dynamic business where you’ll get the support you need to develop your career in a vibrant environment. And of course, you’ll also get a competitive rewards package.

Sound like you? Apply now.

Now is a really exciting time for us. We’ve got big plans for 2019/20, and beyond, and we’d love you to join us.

We are a Disability Confident Employer.  If you have a disability and meet the essential criteria for this role you will be guaranteed an interview.

We’re committed to being an inclusive employer and welcome applications from all.

We are happy to talk flexible working.

No agencies please.
