What you'll be doing 

You will be responsible for completing all the necessary repairs in customer properties, alongside a mix of trade operatives, ensuring quality and safety for all Customers.

You will work very closely with a team of trade operatives and colleagues from across the business in particular within their Property Services teams ensuring a joined up approach to delivery and driving positive cross team relationships with an attitude to succeed.


More about you 

You will have a wide range of trade skills, together with experience of delivering high quality and timely repairs to domestic dwellings and the ability to provide accurate diagnostic solutions. You will need to demonstrate well developed trade skills in carpentry, wet trades, masonry and glazing.

You will also have the aptitude to work with mobile technology and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service, ensuring repairs are carried out to a high standard and, whenever possible, resolved at the first visit.

You will need to have a full driving licence as you will be allocated your own van.  You will also need to be comfortable using hand held mobile and tablet devices.
