Do you enjoy working with a wide range of people? Would you like to support the work of a small and friendly team to help make a difference to wildlife in Devon? 

We are looking for an administrator to join our Membership and Supporter Development team on a temporary basis.  The next 12 months will be a busy time for the team as they lead the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across DWT.  This post will backfill some of the team’s administrative processes to ensure a continued high standard of customer service during this period of change.

The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and previous administrative experience gained within a customer service environment.  You will be comfortable dealing with a wide range of people including members of the public.

This is a part-time (22.5 hours per week), fixed term appointment until 31 December 2020, based at Cricklepit Mill, Exeter.  We are open to considering alternative working patterns i.e. the successful candidate could choose to work 3 days a week or shorter days over 4 or 5 days a week.  If you have a preferred working pattern (including days of the week), please state that in the covering letter to your application form.
