Part-time HR Advisor opportunity within for our client who is based on the outskirts of Exeter.
Introduction/Job Overview:
Cathedral Appointments is currently recruiting for a Part Time HR Advisor to join our client who provides a wide range of HR services and solutions for companies across the South West. This is a varied position focusing on delivering sound HR advice to clients and supporting them with individual cases as well as longer term HR projects.
Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with a diverse range of clients.
* Respond to incoming enquiries and draft documentation as required.
* Record all advice on the CRM system (Sugar).
* Attend meetings (investigations, performance, absence etc.) either with or for and on behalf of clients.
* Undertake, or support colleagues with HR projects as required.
* Attend networking events, business shows and other events as necessary.
Requirements:
* CIPD qualified to Level 3 as a minimum.
* Employment law knowledge and experience of giving HR advice.
* Highly organised and efficient.
* Natural ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
* Excellent telephone manner

This position is joining a small team and the successful candidate needs to be able to think on their feet and be flexible in their approach to provide the high level of service that they work hard to achieve. Ideally our client is looking for someone who is able to work 3 days a week Monday - Wednesday.
