Working pattern - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

You will work as a brand ambassador who works proactively to promote and convert our customers onto our online ordering platform; reducing manual orders via our contact centres.

In a nutshell they are our 'online experts' that know exactly how to help our customers make the most of what we offer at Brakes!

The role of an Outbound Telemarketing Advisor

• Use data to proactively contact our current customer base who order manually via the contact centre and convert to online ordering
• Liaise with online support team to set up access and advise customers of log on details
• Be a subject matter expert on our Hybris online ordering platform to inform our customers of its features and benefits
• Gather customer feedback and insights related to our online platform to share with relevant stakeholders to improve customer experience
• Capture accurate information on systems and supporting tools
• To deliver excellent customer service, drawing on all available resources
• To assist in the achievement of departmental KPIs and conversion targets
• Being self-motivated in delivering a high productivity and performance
• To meet and exceed quality targets in line with the Quality Framework
• Carry out tasks as required ensuring the smooth operational running of the team You'll have:

• Previous experience in a structured sales or telesales environment
• Results orientated, successfully delivering against targets
• Proven ability to work in a KPI focused, target driven environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Outstanding active listening skills with an ability to engage and influence customers
• Proactive approach with proven ability to manage changing priorities
• Confident user of Online systems and Microsoft Office applications, excel, PowerPoint, word etc.
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• A customer centric approach in all interactions with customers and peers
• Confident, self-motivated and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience of SAP in a contact centre environment desirable
