The Paid Media Executive Role

Diving straight in, all PMEs have real responsibility from day 1. This role is a fantastic intro to the advertising industry - a real springboard and shortcut to a career route in paid media and advertising. You will work directly with senior members of staff and support them in delivering our clients’ campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google, LinkedIn and many other platforms. The role also offers you an opportunity to be in direct contact with Facebook and Google, and constantly exposed to the latest tech and developments in digital advertising.

You’ll work alongside planners, traders, analysts and creative in our Brighton HQ, giving you an opportunity to learn the business inside and out.

You’ll be responsible for…

+ Checking the data - ensuring our campaigns are performing the best they can for our clients
+ Commentary - telling the story behind the numbers, reporting to the client on how their campaigns are performing
+ Builds - using the latest build techniques, you’ll activate campaigns based on briefs
+ Being the expert - with the digital landscape changing so much you’ll have to stay on top of all new development

+ Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas etc)
+ Attention to detail
+ Organisation skills, good with time keeping
+ Creative problem solving skills, having a solution first approach

+ Ability to generate own ideas and not being afraid to ask questions
