Salary: £8,103 in first year + excellent benefits

Contract Type: Full time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, fixed term for 18 months

Location: Paignton, Devon

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice to join our Human Resources team here at the College. You will join a busy office with plenty of learning opportunities, and will undertake formal study for a Level 3 HR qualification. This will be a challenging and rewarding Apprenticeship, and a perfect platform for you to launch your career in Human Resources, Business or Management.

Candidates will need GCSE grade C or above in maths and English (or equivalent), have computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and some database knowledge, and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload. You will be calm under pressure and have excellent customer service skills. You will have a genuine desire to work in HR and be expected to explain at interview why you want the role, so please do some research before you apply.
