Our client is a dynamic and successful housing association that finds and implements innovative solutions and aims to provide the optimum level of service to their customers. They operate in four counties within the Eastern Region, manage assets of £210m and deliver housing services to residents of over 6,000 homes.


Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Customers Resolution Manager to join their team, taking responsibility for the overview and monitoring of customer feedback, including coordinating responses to complaints, suggestions and compliments. 


As Customer Resolutions Manager you will take ownership of all complaints from stage one of the process.  By liaising directly with Managers to ensure compliance with policy, procedures and timescales are adhered to and all complaints are responded to and resolved.


We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual who possess strong negotiation and problem solving skills to assess complex situations.  You will have the ability to use IT systems effectively, including MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook, along with possessing a high level of administrative skills and attention to detail.  Experience of working within a proactive and reactive customer focussed environment is essential.
