Job Details:
A great opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join the busy Guildford office of a leading firm of property consultants.
The purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to the business Team and assist in the co-ordination of the team’s activities and achievement of its business objectives.
The job will require someone who has a proven record of accomplishment in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities; the ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines, providing an effective and efficient platform for senior managers to operate successfully.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
The successful candidate is likely to have GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) and have experience of using multiple systems, collating and analysing data as well as exemplary administration skills.

- To produce all fees to enable team to meet monthly and year end targets
- To set up all new jobs/projects within Changepoint and administer existing jobs
- To liaise with the fee earners, organise and prioritise their invoicing demands
- To maintain Team’s filing systems including producing new files and regularly reorganising and dead filing.
- To open, distribute and frank post
- To co-ordinate and assist with survey access and maintaining records for clients using all required systems
- Team debt collection
- To assist all teams with administration, job set up, arranging access, maintaining records and then invoicing
- To maintain Team Fee’s Pipeline
- To assist with administration and co-ordination of projects in conjunction with the Project Manager
- To liaise with other Changepoint Superusers/advance users regularly regarding best practice
- To ensure that schedules for key clients are updated and circulated regularly
- To ensure all Consultant invoices are checked, approved and coded to Changepoint prior to end of month cut off.
- To use Worksite for all emails, letters, reports and correspondence and ensure other team members use it correctly
- Develop PC skills as necessary to carry out the job tasks
- To assist with administration duties when required
- Record phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. Actioning to ensure response to calls, where necessary
- To fully utilise equipment and systems; photocopiers, franking machine, binders to assist in undertaking the duties of the position
