A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a beauty & aesthetics clinic as a telephone based Sales Advisor in Liverpool city centre. The position is office based where you're main responsibilities will be to keep in touch with lapsed customers of the business and offer exciting and new treatments while also responding to website enquiries (there is no direct cold calling in this position). On offer will be a basic salary of GBP16,000 to GBP20,000 plus commission depending on experience. Standard hours of work are Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm (7.5 hours per day) and every 2nd Saturday (9am to 1pm only). This opportunity is offered on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a fantastic career opportunity for candidates who have telephone sales experience coupled with either work experience in beauty or those with a genuine interest; while your main responsibility will be as a Sales Advisor you will also get the opportunity to be directly involved in the companies social media and marketing. The client also offers full industry training and the long-term opportunity to move into a Treatment Consultant or Team Manager position.

The main duties of a Sales Advisor are;

• Make contact with lapsed customers of the business and direct website enquiries (no cold calling)
• Use a consultative sales approach to identify suitable treatments and services to meet the client's needs
• Arrange appointments on behalf of the office based consultants while explaining in detail the requirements to the customer
• Manage diary and call backs with customers
• Keep the CRM system up to date with activity and client information
• Managing website enquiries and live chat
• Helping in processing customer payments
• Supporting on reception as and when required - meeting and greeting customers to the clinic
• Getting involved in the social media accounts with a view to eventually managing

To be considered for this position you must possess the following;

• You must have telephone sales experience
• You will either have direct experience within the beauty and aesthetics or a genuine interest in the sector
• Strong verbal and listening skills coupled with a professional telephone manner
