Service Manager – Leading Mental Health Charity

If you have experience of managing a health or social care service, this is a superb opportunity to join a pioneering organisation that is improving the lives of people severely affected by mental illness.

About Us

Rethink Mental Illness is a national charity that helps those affected by mental illness. We aim to challenge attitudes and change lives. Currently, we directly support almost 60,000 people every year across England, helping them through crises, to live independently and to realise they are not alone.

Our housing services provide a supportive home environment that paves the way to greater independence and recovery. We help people with their day-to-day living and social skills, as well as providing access to social activities, further education, employment and training.

We are now looking for a Service Manager to join us and oversee the day-to-day delivery of housing services in the area.

The Benefits

- ‘Your Rethink Day’ – an extra day off for your birthday
- Employee assistance programme
- Excellent development prospects
- Paid eye tests (where appropriate) plus up to £55 towards new glasses or lenses
