Process Technician - Personal Care Products

Our client is a market leader in the production and supply of organic oils and ingredients for use in personal care manufacturing as well as being experts in contract manufacturing of health and beauty products using natural organic ingredients.
Due to continued success they are now seeking an experienced Process Technician to work in their specialist manufacturing suite producing products to high quality GMP standards.
Duties:
Selection and accurate weighing of a variety of Raw Materials.
Mixing of raw materials in vacuum assisted production vessels in batches from 50kg to 250kg.
Blending of ingredients to make creams and lotions.
Assisting with filling, labelling and coding of products.
Maintaining high standards of GMP at all times.
Candidate:
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment with personal care, cosmetics, toiletries or possibly food products is required.
Good knowledge in the use of a range of mixing vessels used in production of these products.
Able to weigh and measure ingredients with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience of working to GMP or other similar Quality Standard.
Some general lifting is involved.
