Your new role
You will be involved in supporting the Total Reward scheme across the Global business. This involves change requests, enrolment, best practice around processes for enrolment, dealing with any issues that are raised and ensuring the end users have system access.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need some knowledge of reward and benefits operations. You will be systems savvy across a number of software applications including advanced Excel (pivot tables and v look ups) and ideally Workday or SAP. This may be from a specialist reward job or from a generalist HR role; with an element of reward based activities.
