Customer First Scheduler (Voids)
£25,885 plus benefit package
We manage the turnaround of roughly 350 properties a year and we need that process to be as smooth and efficient as possible, delivering quality homes to new customers.
This role will work closely with our in-house trades staff to make that happen, whilst delivering an excellent customer experience that aims for a resolution at the first call.
You will have prior experience operating a scheduling system and will ideally have knowledge of maintaining and updating housing management systems.
