£43,000 plus benefit package

Managing the various aspects, trades and customer communication is an intense but really rewarding role. You’ll need previous experience of managing a multi-skilled team of operatives.
Ensuring team members achieve the required levels of productivity needed to minimise the number of visits to jobs and therefore maximise the satisfaction of our tenants will be a key element of this role.
Having a recognised trade background and associated qualification is paramount for this role, as is the requirement to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a housing or construction related environment.
