Main Tasks;
* Building surveys for purchase and lease
* Project management
* Measured surveys
* Party walls
* Dilapidations
The ideal Graduate Building surveyor will have the following;
* BSc or MSc Degree (RICS accredited)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Works on their own initiative
* The capability to work well in a team
