This is an excellent opportunity with a successful and family owned specialist food manufacturer who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product.
They are looking for a proactive, adaptive and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and oversee a busy food manufacturing site.
You will be responsible for all site manufacturing operations, leading and coaching the team at all levels, delivering against the business plan and promoting and encouraging the company's values. A focus on delivering continuous improvement within all production areas of the fresh division whilst ultimately meeting production requirements on time and in full.
To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Production / Operations Manager coming from the food manufacturing sector.
It goes without saying, you will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to plan and manage your work load accordingly.
