Operam Education Group Limited is a multi brand, Private Equity backed, educational recruitment business operating in Yorkshire, East Midlands, Greater Manchester and North West. Strong growth with further planned expansion has created an opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join an expanding team in our Provide Education, Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable local company aiming to continue our successful growth within the education recruitment sector. Your role will be to support the consultants and the compliance department in their every day tasks. Duties include but not limited to:
* Meeting and greeting registration interviews
* Data inputting
* Chasing outstanding references / keeping all files updated
* Updating and overseeing the branch diary
* Preparing for and attending open days
* Resourcing candidates
* Weekly compliance checks
* Dealing with all inbound emails and post
Who we are looking for:
* Highly organised and to have initiative
* Be able to work as part of a team but to also complete tasks independently
* Professional appearance and to have a strong work ethic, with a positive 'can do' attitude
* A good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Be able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Ambitious and self motivated
* Driving licence and access to a car is preferable but not essential
* A sense of humour is also a must!
