We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity based in Aldridge. Our client are experience an amazing period of growth so are looking to expand their team.
The role is working in a busy sales office. Managing a busy Sales Team.
The main duties of the role are as follows:
* Working in a fast paced sales environment
* Leading a Team of 3 Team Leaders and 10 Sales Staff
* Supporting and working with the Directors
* Managing KPI's and figures
* Handling all aspects of recruitment, training and development
* Coaching Team Leaders
* Providing a vibrant and enthusiastic environment
* Allocating new leads to the Teams
* Working with the marketing department to ensure lead generation is developed
* Handling complaints and queries and resolving issues
* Managing sales figures and commissions
* Attending Board meetings
* Looking at process improvement
